Vincenzo Porcini nel 1969 fonda Napoli Nobilissima, di fronte all’Accademia di Belle Arti di Napoli.

Venti anni dopo, affiancato dai figli Dario e Ivana, si trasferisce nella celebre sede dell’antico Palazzo De Majo in Piazza Vittoria 6, specializzandosi in pittura e scultura dei secoli XVI, XVII e XVIII, con un particolare interesse verso gli artisti napoletani e stranieri attivi in Italia.

Divenuta Galleria Porcini, l’attività si sposta nelle grandi sale affrescate del primo piano nobile, acquistando respiro internazionale sotto la direzione di Dario Porcini, che anima l’attività con continui scambi culturali e vivaci impegni professionali.

La sua larga esperienza sul campo, che lo vede impegnato quotidianamente tra antiche collezioni, nuovi appassionati, storici e ricercatori, gli consente di rappresentare un punto di riferimento per tutti i suoi clienti in ambito attributivo e restaurativo, riuscendo a scoprire, acquisire e vendere pezzi unici ed importanti, oggi custoditi in collezioni private, Fondazioni e Musei.

La Galleria Porcini partecipa alle due più importanti esposizioni internazionali d’arte antica, la Tefaf di Maastricht (The European Fine Art Fair) e la Biennale di Palazzo Corsini a Firenze.

Vincenzo Porcini founded Napoli Nobilissima in 1969, in front of the Academy of Fine Arts in Naples.

Twenty years later, along with his children Dario and Ivana, he moved to the famous building of the old Palazzo De Majo in Piazza Vittoria 6, specialising in painting and sculpture of the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, with a particular interest in Neapolitan and foreign artists active in Italy.

Having become Porcini Gallery, the activity moved into the large frescoed rooms on the first piano nobile, acquiring an international scope under the direction of Dario Porcini, who animates the activity with continuous cultural exchanges and lively professional commitments.

His extensive experience in the field, as he deals daily with historical collections, new collectors, historians and researchers, allows him to represent a point of reference for all his clients in the field of attribution and conservation, succeeding in discovering, acquiring and selling unique and important pieces, now held in private collections, foundations and museums.

The Porcini Gallery participates in the two most important international exhibitions of ancient art, Tefaf in Maastricht (The European Fine Art Fair) and the Biennale at Palazzo Corsini in Florence.
